CNCmarket.de supplies German and European machine shops with metalworking fluids, cutting tools, toolholding and workholding. We hold stock in Berlin, we publish prices, and you can order without talking to anyone.
Two reasons, and neither of them is clever technology.
The first is who we buy from. For seventeen years I bought tooling and machines in volume from the factories that make them, and I still know the people who run those companies. That is the whole advantage: when we approach a manufacturer, we are not a first-time enquiry from an unknown web shop. It gets us better makers and better terms than our size would normally justify.
The second is what we do not have. There is no field sales force, no branch network, no rep with a company car and a monthly target. Prices and stock are on the site, orders come in through the site, and we work on a thin margin because the structure lets us. If you would rather talk to a person, write to us — but nothing is hidden behind a quote request.
Tooling and accessories are stocked in Berlin and ship from there.
Metalworking fluids ship directly from the plant that makes them, in Lower Franconia, Bavaria. The manufacturer is our OEM partner and produces the EASYCUT range to our specification. For a 208-litre drum or a 1022-litre IBC this matters: the container is filled and dispatched at the factory and does not sit in an intermediate warehouse first.
EASYCUT is our own brand. We choose the manufacturers, define the range and carry the stock, which is why we can answer a technical question about a product ourselves instead of forwarding it.
E4B2B GmbH is a family company, owned entirely by the Sysoev family and registered in Berlin in 2023. It runs several projects in Germany. CNCmarket.de is one of them; sysoeva.design, an interior design studio, is another. There is no outside investor and no group above us — which is why decisions about range and pricing are made in a day rather than a quarter.
From 15 to 19 September 2026 we are exhibiting at AMB in Stuttgart. It is our first trade fair as CNCmarket.de. If you would rather hold the coolant, the inserts or a holder in your hand before you order, come to the stand and bring the part you are struggling with — that is the conversation worth having at a fair.
There is a second business with almost the same name in Calgary, Alberta. CNCmarket.ca Inc. is a separate legal entity with its own partners, its own warehouse and its own customers, and it is not a branch of the German company. The only connection is personal: I am a shareholder in both.
It still matters here for two practical reasons. Both companies sell the same EASYCUT range from the same manufacturers, so the volumes add up and the terms are better than either shop would get on its own. And the Canadian side runs its own machine shop, cutting customer parts on the same inserts, end mills and coolant we sell in Germany. When something disappoints them, it does not stay in the range here either.
My name is Sergey Sysoev. Seventeen years in metalworking distribution.
I joined a CNC machine tool distributor in Russia as a sales assistant in 2009 and left in 2022 as its CEO and shareholder — by then a company of 220 people across nine regional offices, which had sold and installed more than 10,000 CNC machines for over 5,000 customers. Along the way I ran purchasing, logistics and customs, launched a private-label tooling brand with a Chinese manufacturer, and delivered the company's ERP and CRM rollout together with its first B2B web shop.
In those years I worked directly, at management level, with manufacturers including HAAS Automation, Mitsubishi Electric (EDM and laser) and Blaser Swisslube. I no longer work with any of them and CNCmarket.de is not their dealer — but the years of sitting on the buying side of that table are the reason we get taken seriously by suppliers today.
I sold my shares in 2022 and moved with my family to Berlin, where I have lived since. In 2025 I completed an Executive MBA at ESMT Berlin. I work permanently from Germany.
