What the package covers

Eight hours on site, travel within Germany included.

If we confirm eight hours, we finish the job. The scope is agreed before the visit, and we do not stop at the eighth hour with the machine half done.

Disposal of the old emulsion is not included in the package price. Used water-mixed coolant is hazardous waste and has to go through a licensed contractor — the cost depends on the volume and on the contractor's rate, so it is quoted and agreed with you in advance rather than hidden in the package. If you switch to EASYCUT coolant as part of this service, the system cleaner, the flushing emulsion, the complete first fill and an extra bonus canister are included at no charge. Staying with your current fluid is equally fine — in that case the cleaning agents and system cleaner are supplied by you.

Standard eight-hour sequence

Note: the steps below describe a typical service. The actual scope varies with machine geometry and how far the contamination has gone; the package price does not.

1. Chemical pre-treatment (system cleaner)

To make the clean effective, a system cleaner has to be added to the existing emulsion 10 to 24 hours before our technician arrives. That circulation phase breaks down biofilm and lifts stubborn deposits so they reach the main tank and can be extracted. This step happens without us — it is the one part of the job that depends on you.

2. Preparing the work area

The machine must be switched off on arrival. The working area and the space around the machine need to be clear of workpieces and tooling, so cleaning equipment and people have immediate access.

3. Access to components

This service is set up for machines with pull-out tanks. The technician draws out the coolant tank and moves the chip conveyor where there is one, which opens up the inner sump areas and the machine base that cannot otherwise be reached.
