Aluminium is not one material. The same coolant that leaves a clean surface on a wrought alloy can stain a casting, and no data sheet settles that for your part — a test batch does. The 19-litre canister exists for that: it makes roughly 240 litres of working emulsion at 8 %, enough to run a real job rather than a sample.
The second use is topping up. Water evaporates and leaves with chips and finished parts; the concentrate stays behind, so the level falls and the concentration climbs at the same time. A canister on the shelf is how that gets corrected without opening a drum.
EASYCUT PRO302, the same fluid as in the drum: semi-synthetic, boron-free, around 30 % mineral oil, with the EP additive that makes it the aluminium step of the range. If the finish is right, the canister has done its job and the economics change: the 208 l drum costs around 17 % less per litre, and the 1022 l IBC suits shops running a central supply.
If aluminium turns out to be a minor part of your programme after all, UNI301 covers the same steels and stainless for around 3 % less. Either way, check the concentration with the refractometer — Brix times 1.3.
